First, the manually updated status will give you any notable network issues encountered within the last 24 hours. Following that, the automatically monitored status will give you the last five minute status reading from our Monitoring tools. In case you experience any issues that are noted here, either under our manual or automatic status, please check back on this page for further information and updates. All real automatically reported issues in excess of ten minutes will be documented in the manual section, to inform you of the details.

NC Power will be performing our annual preventative generator maintenance today from 8:30AM to 2PM PST. This maintenance will include changing the oil, filters, and performing various load tests to insure its reliability in the event of a power outage. We do not anticipate any impact to your services. This message is only being sent as a precaution. A follow-up message will be posted when maintenance is completed.
