Core Network & Data Centres Status

We strive to maintain the highest network performance and reliability standards, per the commitment in our SLA. In case of any issues with our core network, or data-centre wide issues at any of our data centres, please check this page for complete information.

First, the manually updated status will give you any notable network issues encountered within the last 24 hours. Following that, the automatically monitored status will give you the last five minute status reading from our Monitoring tools. In case you experience any issues that are noted here, either under our manual or automatic status, please check back on this page for further information and updates. All real automatically reported issues in excess of ten minutes will be documented in the manual section, to inform you of the details.

On October 12, 2018 night, between the hours of 11pm Fri/Oct 12 and 7am on Sat/Oct 13 local time (EDT, UTC-0400), utility power will be out at the DCA2 Data Center building, as part of the annual electrical systems maintenance and cleaning.

There will be no impact on the DCA2 Data Center operations. All systems will continue to run, powered by the multiple generators. All customer servers will continue to be powered, uninterrupted, and likewise AC service will continue, with only a brief (1-5 minute) interruption as the power is switched from utility to generator.

All data center services will be normally available, though we discourage any installations or extensive customer on-site work during this time, given the disruption to the building services.

We will be also conducting infrared scanning of critical electrical infrastructure at this time, which will have no impact on customer services or operations.

September 23rd-24th 2018) 11PM - 6AM, We will be upgrading one of our DCA2 core routers (Core2.dca2) . In order to improve network capacity and redundancy. During this time routes will be recalculated and shifted to different paths. This maintenance should be transparent to end users. Thank You for your understanding & cooperation.
