First, the manually updated status will give you any notable network issues encountered within the last 24 hours. Following that, the automatically monitored status will give you the last five minute status reading from our Monitoring tools. In case you experience any issues that are noted here, either under our manual or automatic status, please check back on this page for further information and updates. All real automatically reported issues in excess of ten minutes will be documented in the manual section, to inform you of the details.

Dear Valued Client, This is a friendly reminder that we have a planned utility power outage from our utility provider at our SEA2 facility on April 20, 2024, from 7:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific time. During this time, we will be switching from utility power to generator power. We have been extensively planning and testing for this event which includes having additional staff and vendors on site. We do not foresee any issues on this, but we do wish to have our clients be informed and prepared.
